Description The Apollo Saturn Rotate Low Bed electrically powered rotating profiling chair bed offers greater independence and mobility to a person who is weight bearing but finds it difficult to transfer, unassisted between standing and sitting. Transfers are made even easier for shorter patients thanks to its low height of just 40cm to the mattress platform. The innovative lateral support assists the upper body to help maintain a safe midline position, helping to not only maintain better posture but also assist with fatigue management whilst creating a safe environment. Featuring all the usual functions of a profiling bed, the Apollo Saturn Rotate Low Bed rotates and then tilts to aid the transfer between standing and sitting. The Saturn Rotate Low has an auto-regression function ensuring minimum pressure is placed on the sacrum region when the bed is profiled. The rotation can be set to rotate left or right depending on the configuration of the room it is to be placed in. It comes with a pressure care mattress with a “very high” pressure risk relief level. Complete with a vapour permeable, multi-stretch, high frequency welded cover, this mattress offers outstanding pressure reduction, comfort and ease of cleaning.
