Opera Signature Comfort Profiling Bed – Main Features The Signature Comfort profiling bed has a wide range of features as standard. There are lots of accessories to enhance the use of your new bed too like a grab rail, patient pole, an overbed table and more. All-In-One Height This bed has an extensive height range. It raises up to a carer’s waist level to facilitate nursing on the bed and lowers close to the floor to ease getting in and out of bed. The exact height range is 245 mm – 730 mm from the lowest point, to the highest. Please note this is to the mattress platform. Opera Signature Comfort Profiling Bed Mattress Platform The mattress platform on the bed is fully profiling. The backrest raises to a near upright position for sitting up in the bed. The handset has a locking feature, allowing the operator to deactivate all or certain functions where there are safety concerns. The bed’s medical functionality is softened with a plush, upholstered surround that is customisable with headboard and fabric options. Upholstered here in Britain using high quality materials that balance durability with comfort and aesthetics. Linen, Zinc and Anthracite are high quality wool fabrics and Sisal, Lichtgrau and Meteor are wipe clean, waterproof faux leathers. ***Only beds upholstered in either Linen, Anthracite or Meteor Leather and with an Emerald or Pearl design headboard are available for immediate despatch.
